2. Purpose & Service Description

These Terms govern the use of the AI-powered digital products and automation services (the "Service") provided by Zero to One Flow (021flow), a sole proprietorship (the "Operator"), and set out the rights and obligations between the Operator and users.

The Service provides, among others:

• AI-assisted generation of proposals, documents and presentations (HWPX, DOCX, PPTX, etc.)
• Template-based authoring with design application, real-time editing and collaboration
• Research and ideation assistance
• Preview, download and export of generated documents

The Service targets individual and business (B2B) users and is offered under free and paid plans (subscriptions and points). Usage and feature limits for paid plans are shown on the pricing page.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. The Operator may restrict or terminate accounts where fraud, automation abuse, account theft or security breaches are identified, with prior notice (or subsequent notice in urgent cases).

4. Payments & Payment Information

Web payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Sensitive payment instrument data (card number, CVC, etc.) is not stored directly by the Operator and is handled by Paddle or the relevant payment processor.

Where in-app purchases (App Store / Google Play) are offered in our mobile apps, those purchases are governed by the respective store policies and are distinct from web payments.

5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis; the exact cycle and price are shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
• After cancellation you are not charged for the next cycle and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If a free trial is offered, failing to cancel before the trial ends may result in conversion to a paid plan and a charge.
• Price changes are notified in advance within a reasonable period; application to existing subscribers follows the Subscription Terms.

6. Refunds

Detailed refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key principles:

• Already delivered or consumed digital content (e.g., points used for generation) may not be refundable.
• Refunds may be limited for fraud, refund abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide refund or withdrawal rights, those laws prevail and these Terms do not restrict them.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Unlawful use or violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of others' rights (IP, personal data, etc.)
• Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying or source extraction
• Excessive automated requests or interference with normal operation
• Probing or exploiting security vulnerabilities
• Generation or distribution of spam, phishing, fraud, malware or illegal content
• Use that may violate Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy or related payment policies

8. Intellectual Property & Generated Output

Rights in the Service, logos, UI, code, documentation and Operator-provided content belong to the Operator or its licensors. Rights in your input data and the output generated from it belong to you to the extent permitted by law.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying output and ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Changes & Discontinuation

The Operator may change the Service's features, pricing and composition, and may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance or incident response. Material changes are notified in advance by reasonable means.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is not warranted to be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service and AI output do not replace professional medical, legal or financial judgment, and you bear final responsibility for high-stakes decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability is limited, and the Operator is not liable for events of force majeure.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes are resolved before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
