Subscription Terms

Effective date: June 27, 2026

These Subscription Terms apply to the paid subscription services provided by Zero to One Flow (021flow) (the "Operator") and apply together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.
• Each plan's price, billing cycle, included usage/credits and features are shown on the pricing page, and these Terms are consistent with that page.
• Where a free trial is offered, the trial period and conversion-to-paid conditions are shown before checkout.

2. Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
• Charges are made to the valid payment method at renewal; if payment fails, the Operator (or Paddle) may retry for a period or restrict access to paid features.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime via in-app [Settings > Billing], the Paddle portal, or support email ([email protected]).
• After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged for the next cycle (access ends at period expiry, not immediately).

4. Plan Changes (Upgrade/Downgrade)

• Upgrades may take effect immediately, with the difference prorated or applied to the next cycle.
• Downgrades generally take effect from the next billing cycle.
• Exact proration follows the checkout flow and Paddle's handling.

5. Price Changes

The Operator may change subscription prices and will provide advance notice within a reasonable period before they take effect. For existing subscribers, new prices apply from the renewal cycle following the notice.

6. Taxes

Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for web payments, may calculate and collect applicable taxes such as VAT/GST based on your location. Whether displayed prices include tax is indicated at checkout.

7. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders and handles payment-related customer support and refunds.
